Thoughts

Venting can be helpful. I've got a "rant" tag on my blog that I rarely use, but once in a while I just want to unload. That's what cut-tags are for.

Writing can also help with anxiety or worrying. A specific fear typically has grounds, but when it's general, that's more often someone's extrapolative engine going off the rails. So any activity that channels extrapolation into a constructive direction helps. Writing, solving puzzles, reading mysteries, doing escape rooms, whatever floats your boat.
